€ 80,00 PER NIGHT - FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER 2010

€ 70,00 PER NIGHT – FROM NOVEMBER TO MAY 2010-2011

Special prices for stays of more than seven days

CONDITIONS
Minimum Stay 3 days.
Arrival/ Departure any day.
Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00 hours. In case of Delay it is essential to contact owner.
Departure until 10.00 hours
On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 80,00 Euros is to be paid against receipt
The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
The available towels are NOT to be taken to the beach.
The first batch of wood for fireplaces included in rental price.
Children only upon previous agreement.

PAYMENT
40% deposit of total amount to be paid, on confirmation of the booking; If deposits are not received within 21 days after confirmation, the reservation will be cancelled without previous notification.
60% of remaining amount payable before arriving or on arrival (if in cash).
Payments should be effected by: Bank Cheque, Remitance (Mandat Postal) or Bank Transfer (Bank Charges to be supported by the customer).

CANCELLATION
Up to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of deposit will be returned.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival or “no show”- total amount of deposit will not be returned.
